The Spellman Family are a family of Witches that reside in the town of Greendale, located on the opposite side of the Sweetwater River from Riverdale.

- Priscilla Spellman: Priscilla is a Spellman ancestor called upon by Sabrina while performing a Demon exorcism.
- Francis Spellman: Francis is a Spellman ancestor called upon by Sabrina while performing a Demon exorcism.
- Evanora Spellman: Evanora is a Spellman ancestor called upon by Sabrina while performing a Demon exorcism.
- Locasta Spellman: Locasta is a Spellman ancestor called upon by Sabrina while performing a Demon exorcism.
- Zelda Spellman: Zelda is the sister of Edward and Hilda, aunt of Ambrose and Sabrina, and sister-in-law of Diana. Zelda is the matriarch of the Spellman family.
- Edward Spellman: Edward is the brother of Zelda and Hilda, husband of Diana, adoptive father of Sabrina, and uncle of Ambrose. Edward Spellman was the former High Priest of the Church of Night and Headmaster of Academy of Unseen Arts before he died in a plane crash.
- Hilda Spellman: Hilda is the sister of Zelda and Edward, aunt of Ambrose and Sabrina, and sister-in-law of Diana.
- Diana Spellman: The wife of Edward, mother of Sabrina, sister-in-law of Zelda and Hilda, and aunt of Ambrose.
- Ambrose's Father: Not much is known about Ambrose's father other being killed by witch hunters when Ambrose was very young.
- Ambrose Spellman: Ambrose is the nephew of Zelda, Hilda, Edward and Diana, and cousin of Sabrina.
- Sabrina Spellman: Sabrina is the adopted daughter of Edward and Diana, niece of Hilda and Zelda, and cousin of Ambrose. Sabrina is a half-witch.
